- Hi, ny name is Deb. I am a crochet novice. I have been learning and crocheting for about a year, now. I guess you can say I am a proponent of the "learn by doing" school of thought. Anyway, it was suggested that I photograph my projects upon completion. I am sort of proud of my development and decided it was time to share some of my work with you. I'd love your feedback so that I can continue to learn and improve. (Of course we can all use a pat on the back, as motivation, lol). I am single and in the process of retiring. So this free time will be used to crochet and read. I have grandnieces and a greatnephew that I love dearly and have started to crochet for. Soon I will post pictures of items I made for them.

These are gorgeous!! I really like that second one down... the green one that comes down the back of the neck. Is that your own pattern? How far down does it go? Awesome things you have done :)

Thank you. I improvised on a hood pattern. It comes to the shoulders. I'll try to find the pattern and post the link if you're still interested.
